10 Hip-Hop artists about to blow up

In a genre so saturated in talent, it’s good for us to bring you some new under-the-radar artists to your devices. So here’s our Top 10:

Rejjie Snow

Snow created his own hip hop curriculum as a kid. Studying the now-iconic soundtrack to Tony Hawk’s Underground 2, the Dublin-born rapper would spend hours unpicking verses and analysing the rhymes on tracks featured on the video game by the likes of Aesop Rock and Grand Puba.

Now, the 22-year-old is pioneering the genre with his sharp Irish-American flow and cinematic music videos.

Pell, an up and coming rapper breathing new life into the hip hop scene of his hometown, New Orleans, while blurring the lines between rap and ambient electronic music further than ever before.

Is an under-the-radar rapper coming out of the US.

His astonishing flow as well as his well-produced beats provide a beautiful mix of finesse and story-telling, in which is a joy to listen to.

Furthermore, J-Tek striving off the monotone pussy-money-weed façade, adds a sense of value to his name.

Roy Woods

He has an innovative and unique style which brings a great intrigue to his name.

Joey Fatts

He started writing rhymes and also making his own beats, constructing heavy slabs of sample-based trill music.

Jay Prince

Prince is a Hip Hop recording artist and music producer from East London.

His style of music has been described as a chilled and mellow nostalgic vibe.

With influences of 90’s US Hip Hop and today’s Hip Hop, Jay brings a combination of complex poetic lyrics and flow to his music.

Marcellus Juvann

Marcellus is an up-in-coming rapper from Houston and currently residing in Florida.

Marcellus has a real smooth style that delivers laid back yet quick-fire lyrics.

This is the case on rapper Khary, an introspective artist which finds him looking for answers in his personal life and musical career.
